This Week I’ve Been Mostly Eating…

Here is some of what we ate this week:
Smoked Salmon with poached eggs on toasted crumpets, with Sauce Hollandaise and its lovely lambs lettuce.
Sopa Espirito Santo
Galettes “Super Chevre”
Neustadt-style BBQ: Winzersteak (Riesling-marinated pork steaks), mixed salads, roasted potatoes. Creamy peach tartlets for pudding.
Where on earth do you find the time to be a full-time Chef as well as everything else? Everytime I read your weekly menu, I can never cease to wonder…:) Hope you are well.
Oh, I looked under the sofa one day and there it was: all the time I needed, neatly wrapped in 2 1/2 hour portions.
Only downside is that it comes shrink-wrapped in plastic. I try not to use it too much, thus.
