…nice home-cooked self-made food. No restaurant or hotel food, but in no way short of fanciness:
A delicious vegetarian aubergine tarte (recipe follows some time soon), trimmed rosemary rump steaks, and roasted potatoes
Penne all’Arrabiata (et a casa), pineapple with fresh mint
Lovely Smoked Salmon toasts with fresh salad.
