tideMark …mostly seafood, by the looks of it:

Egg Tagliatelle with smoked salmon, langoustines and a creamy mushroom sauce.

Homemade Steak and Ale Pie with green salads.

Salad Lyonaise, Choucroute au Mer with lovely waxy yellow french Charlotte potatoes, tipsy filo pastry tarlets from dried fruit and cognac.

Spiced-up Cous-cous with smoked salmon fillets.

A lovely quick-cook Bouillabaisse (and we’ve got room in the freezer again.
