… things that warm heart and soul in this chilly gray and wet month.
Minute steak with roasted green asparagus. Not very seasonal, I know.
Feta cheese, baked with hot chillies, churizo, garlic and cherry tomatoes
Pork and Venison sausages with onion and Madeira gravy, parsnip and potato mash and cucumber salad (You can tell this is when the temperature really dropped).
Salmon quiche – extra nice as have been using smoked Salmon fillets and lots of fresh dill
I love this picture. Our cats do this too, so cute.
ha ha I’ve just realised I didn’t actually read the blog – just admired the cat.
Ahhh….food. Yum yum.
The sausage meal sounds especially good.
