cantina This week, I’ve been mostly eating really nice food:

Wraps with slow-cooked shredded shoulder of lamb (minted – lovely) and pork (honey & ginger, also lovely but gives me a heartburn), with fresh garden salads, courtesy of M&L – thanks!

A nice slice of leg of lamb, fried in Rosemary, and served with fat-free potato wedges and green salad. OK, the wedges need a tiny amount of fat. Fat-free works, but it’s just not very good. One learns by trying.

Demonstration pizza – to demonstrate.

My nicest tortilla, ever, with thinly sliced and crisply fried new potatoes, roasted artichokes, peppers, spiced egg-milk, and a hot red chilly. This is bachelor’s food at its best.
